Terms of service

Rules for using the eFootball RTG beta, sharing posts and hosting community quizzes.

Last updated: 15 September 2026.

Who operates RTG

eFootball RTG is operated under that name in the United Kingdom. Contact efootballrtg.support@gmail.com for support, privacy requests or concerns about these terms.

1. About the game

eFootball RTG is an independent community football quiz game with squad upgrades, ranked play, public profiles, community posts and hosted quiz rooms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by KONAMI. eFootball and related third-party names and material belong to their respective owners.

The current service is a free beta. Features and content can change while it is tested. The beta does not currently sell virtual currency, offer paid subscriptions or process purchases.

2. Your account and guest club

You can browse public profiles and community content, practise and join eligible rooms as a guest. Google sign-in is required for protected features, including ranked play, paid squad upgrades using quiz coins, posting or reporting community content, editing optional social links, saving creator quizzes and hosting cups.

Keep control of your account and choose an appropriate display name. Use only accounts you are authorised to use. Guest access depends on the browser session; clearing browser data can lose access to an unsigned club. Sign in if you want to reconnect that club through an account.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, automate gameplay to gain an unfair advantage, exploit bugs, manipulate scores or virtual transactions, disrupt rooms, impersonate others, harass players or attempt to access another user's data. Report suspected faults through the support address.

Questions, scoring and virtual rewards follow RTG's game rules. Creator cups are separate from ranked results and do not award coins or progression rewards.

4. Virtual cards and coins

Cards, coins, upgrade fees, ratings and progress belong to this quiz game. They have no cash redemption and do not transfer to the official eFootball game. Contract signings, marketplace sales and swaps are retired. The current squad system uses 23 active cards, with older surplus cards retained in an archive.

Changing a card through an upgrade costs the displayed quiz-coin fee. Selecting a lower-rated target does not refund earlier fees. Review the target and fee before confirming. RTG's card balance and fees can differ from the official game. Source-attributed snapshots are identified separately from RTG Originals. Beta faults may require correction of affected records; any wider reset or material economy change should be communicated before it occurs.

5. Questions and images you create

Only upload or submit content you are entitled to use. Questions should rely on official in-game or KONAMI eFootball information and include accurate supporting references. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, private or confidential material.

You retain rights you hold in your original content. By saving or hosting it, you permit RTG to store and display that content as needed to provide your quiz and room. Hosted questions and images become visible to participants at the appropriate stage of the round. An official source attachment does not mean RTG independently verified the creator's answer.

Hosted rooms keep a snapshot of the quiz. Editing a saved quiz afterward does not change existing rooms. Participants may record or stream what they see. Review images for personal details and embedded metadata before sharing them.

6. Community posts, profiles and rooms

Community posts and player profiles are public, including to people who are not signed in. Post only material you are entitled to share. Do not publish personal or confidential information about others, spam, harassment, impersonation or unlawful content. Add social links only when you intend them to appear on your public profile. RTG articles identify official game mechanics and label RTG study suggestions separately; player posts are players' own contributions.

You retain rights you hold in your posts and permit RTG to store and display them to provide the feed. You can delete your own post from public view. A retained server copy and associated reports may remain for the purposes described in the privacy policy.

Signed-in players can report a post. Reports enter a private review queue and do not automatically remove a post. Review is manual; there is no guaranteed response time. For urgent concerns, privacy requests or an appeal, contact support. Do not file knowingly false reports.

Hosts control the start and advancement of cups. A person with the room code can join an open lobby within the room's limits. Finished or closed rooms do not admit new participants. Closing a completed cup preserves results for its existing host and participants. Choose where you share codes and tell participants if you intend to stream or record.

The beta may experience interruptions, bugs or changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Access or content may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect players or comply with law. Contact support if you believe a restriction was made in error.

7. Privacy and leaving the service

The privacy policy explains authentication, gameplay records, room visibility and device storage. Signing out or removing Google's connection does not itself delete online records. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Requests require appropriate ownership checks and may involve shared records that need to be preserved for other players.

8. Contact and changes

Contact efootballrtg.support@gmail.com with a question, complaint or report. Material changes to published terms should be clearly communicated and dated.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections applicable where you live continue to apply.
